HousePharmacy.com - Terms and Conditions
All information and product supply takes place under HousePharmacy.com terms and conditions, herein referred to as HousePharmacy.com . The end user / importer is referred to as the buyer.
1. HousePharmacy.com will only supply products under these terms and conditions, which are final.
2. The buyer accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by HousePharmacy.com. The buyer vows they will only use products under the guidance of their physician.
3. The buyer is completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation requirements. Products are not available where prohibited by law.
4. The buyer makes a solemn pledge that they hold HousePharmacy.com free of any and all legal action and prosecution. This includes any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated by law enforcement and government agents and their agencies.
5. The buyer confirms they are of legal age.
6. The event of the products being detained by foreign customs, the buyer must provide evidence to HousePharmacy.com for their confirmation of importation, i.e. a prescription and copies of communication with customs etc. In such an event the buyer should contact HousePharmacy.com before committing to any course of action, including the return of any products. If the products are retained by customs, the loss lies with the buyer. In the event that the products are returned by customs, then when the products are received at HousePharmacy.com they may be reshipped again, or are subject to a product credit note or refund under the conditions in section 9.
7. The buyer alters an order before the products are shipped then changes can be made, (providing there is no financial difference, otherwise only product credit notes for other goods may be issued). If the buyer wishes to receive a part refund then it is subject to the conditions in section 8.
8. The buyer wants to stop or change an order after payment has been processed but before the goods have been shipped, it is subject to a 5% charge on credit cards, or a minimum of $5, whichever is the greater.
9. If the buyer wishes to return products for any reason (except under the conditions in section 12). Then providing the products are sent by the buyer within 14 days of receipt and received by HousePharmacy.com in a good, unopened, resalable condition with an expiry date more than 6 months valid, a credit note for other products may be issued, plus a charge for reshipping. If the buyer requires a full or part refund then a 25% restocking fee (applicable to products and not shipping and handling which is automatically deducted in full) is applicable, or a maximum of $65, whichever is the LOWER.
10. 10. All of our shipments require your signature (standard as well as express shipping). If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a note asking you to pickup your package. Unclaimed packages are sent to us and can be either resent to you or refunded minus 25% restocking fees.
11. If HousePharmacy.com has shipped the wrong products, or products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging. The package and products must be returned to HousePharmacy.com for inspection (contact HousePharmacy.com before undertaking any action). If the fault is identified and agreed, HousePharmacy.com will reship the products a second and final time. Should a refund or part refund be required they are subject to the conditions in section 9.
12. HousePharmacy.com does not offer medical advice, all information is supplied on an educational basis and does not in anyway replace that of a physician's. All translations are offered on a best effort basis.
13. HousePharmacy.com reserves the right to alter methods of shipments or to refuse orders as it sees fit.
14. HousePharmacy.com does not and will not supply any products to the Kingdom of Thailand.
15. Other conditions that are not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be decided by HousePharmacy.com, and that decision will be final. HousePharmacy.com terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
